5 | What is the difference between a technician apprenticeship and technician training?

GP Academy apprenticeships are paid apprenticeships that equip students to become full-time employees with Gregory Poole Equipment Company. Apprentices will also receive a degree or official certification at the completion of the program depending on their chosen apprenticeship track.
Technician training at GP Academy consists of individual Cat® technical training courses that help students learn additional skills. Unlike the GP Academy apprenticeships, technician training is unpaid and classes are intended to be taken individually instead of as a full course load.

Any degree-seeking apprentice who is hired by Gregory Poole after completing the program will have 100% of their tuition reimbursed by their third year of full-time employment.

7 | What is the difference between the degree-seeking and non-degree seeking apprenticeship?

Both apprenticeships are paid training and provide enrolled apprenticeships with tools.
A degree-seeking apprentice will receive a professional degree and a full-time job with Gregory Poole after completing the program, while a non-degree seeking apprentice will earn a certificate showing they completed courses taught by Cat® accredited instructors.

8 | Can a non-degree seeking apprentice or someone enrolled in technician training receive a job offer from Gregory Poole?
